Description:

Tool to check whether or not a website uses Gzip for compression. This is a very common site speed recommendation and can be thought of as like a .zip file on windows.

Please be advised that this will check the server for the main domain but not all requests on the given URL e.g. third party resources.

How to use

There's not much to this tool really:

Enter a valid URL compelte with HTTP and Subdomain e.g. https://www.yourwebsite.com
Submit Query
