WHO IS lookup

Description:

A tool written using a WHOis Python wrapper to perform "WHOis" requests which is information related to domain registration.

To be honest, looking up WHOis information isn't quite as insightful as it used to be as more and more domains use private registration but it can still be helpful occasionally for finding the owner.
